Location: Cairo, Egypt Type: Full-Time (5 days on site + 1 day from home)

Brands: Gioia, Bronze, Xced, Blaze, Dazye

We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the full-stack marketing efforts for five distinct brands under one growing house:

Gioia – Luxury lingerie and homewear
Bronze – Beachwear and lightweight outerwear
Xced – Elevated cotton basics: hoodies, t-shirts, and sweatpants
Blaze – High-performance sportswear
Dazye – A dynamic lifestyle hub tying it all together

You’ll own the full marketing pipeline—from brand strategy and social media campaigns to offline activations, events, and partnerships. We need someone with vision, execution power, and the flexibility to adapt to different brand tones and target audiences.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Planning

Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies for each brand across digital and offline channels
Plan and manage annual marketing calendars, campaigns, product launches, and seasonal pushes

Digital Marketing

Oversee content creation and growth for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & more
Lead email marketing, influencer outreach, and paid ad campaigns
Manage website banners, blog content, and SEO collaboration with our web team

Offline & Experiential

Plan and execute brand events, pop-ups, retail activations, and cross-brand collaborations
Build relationships with lifestyle partners, media, gyms, stylists, and venues to maximize exposure
Support product seeding and PR gifting strategies

Creative & Brand Management

Ensure visual and verbal consistency across all channels
Work closely with designers, photographers, and content creators to deliver campaigns that resonate
Collaborate with founders and brand heads to bring each brand’s voice to life

Performance & Reporting

Track KPIs across all marketing efforts, analyze what’s working, and iterate quickly
Report on ROI per campaign/brand
